I love the smell and when I double shampoo my scalp almost instantly feels cleaner. I’ve noticed more length since using the biotin bundle. The conditioner is different consistency than other conditioners so it took some time to get use to but as long as u leave the conditioner in your hair for atleast 5 minutes before rinsing it works just the same (meaning hair feels super soft)
