I’m over 50 & have had chemo several times. My hair used to be thick & curly, but now it’s thinner, dry & frizzy. I prefer to straighten my hair in colder weather, so I don’t use Rizo’s products year round. But this is one of their products that I can use no matter what I’m doing w/my hair, curly or straight. I do prefer the vinegar product to this one, only because this is messier to apply. But I really do love the way this scrub works, I just feel the squeeze bottle on the vinegar product is easier than this one. Both work great on dryness & flakes.
