Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide accepting hair care shipments from the United States. These fees are imposed by the country your order is being delivered to upon passing through customs and/or the shipping carrier.
Rizos Curls does not have visibility to these fees and they vary by country. These fees will not be covered or reimbursed by Rizos Curls.

For approved vendors or retailers within your country please see our locations page and scroll all the way to the bottom for a list of International Sellers or feel free to email contact@rizoscurls.com to inquire. Issues with your credit card?
If you are having issues with your credit card either at checkout or after your order has been placed, please email us at orders@rizoscurls.com and we will be glad to help. Here are some common tips:

If you are having trouble processing your credit card at checkout please double check your information entered (e.g. billing zip code, credit card numbers, security code). Please then try re-processing your order.

If you are seeing multiple charges from Rizos Curls on your credit card or online banking, please double check whether the charges are in "pending" status. Often times banks may show multiple "pending" charges prior to a transaction being fully completed. Sometimes this is due to the transaction attempts by your credit card, and often times they will not be reflected in your final transaction. For any concerns with your order or to check whether your order went through please email us at orders@rizoscurls.com.

Feel you are experiencing security concerns with your credit card?
We encourage you to immediately contact your bank and/or credit card provider.
Please note Rizos Curls does not store credit card information on our website and payment transactions are processed directly by your choice payment provider. We are based in Los Angeles, California. Our formulas are made in the USA, with globally sourced ingredients.

I had an allergic/adverse reaction, what do I do?
Please stop using the product and consult your physician or healthcare provider right away. Afterward, let us know which product you used and describe the reaction you experienced. You can reach us at contact@rizoscurls.com. We always recommend performing a patch or spot test before use if you feel you have a heightened level of sensitivity.

Does Rizos Curls use sulfates, silicones or parabens?
No, absolutely not. All Rizos Curls products are sulfate-free, silicone-free, and paraben-free. To hear why we do not use any of these ingredients in our products, please see this video of Julissa Prado explaining why.

Are Rizos Curls products natural?
We use high quality natural ingredients with high potency in all of our products. We believe that plants and ingredients derived from the earth have healing abilities and are important for overall healthy hair. When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Are Rizos Curls products vegan?
Our Rizos Curls Hydrating Shampoo, Deep Conditioner, and Refresh & Detangle Spray are all formulated without animal by-products.
Our Curl Defining Cream contains a small amount of beeswax, which is sustainably and ethically sourced, and is used to provide a weightless hold to curls.  Although we have not gone through vegan certification, we avoid commonly used animal-based ingredients such as lanolin and consciously swap out for plant-based alternatives.

Is Rizos Curls protein free?
All Rizos Curls products are protein free and designed to give maximum moisture & curl definition.  Certain proteins can restrict low porosity curl types from receiving adequate moisture. For that reason, we mindfully do not include protein ingredients in our formulas.

We do not use short chain alcohols, such as Isopropyl Alcohol and Ethanol which are extremely drying and harsh to the hair. These are the alcohol types we AVOID in all of our products.

However, we do use Cetearyl, Stearyl & Cetyl Alcohol, all fatty alcohols, which are long-chain alcohols that are extremely moisturizing, softening and plant-based. It is so important to know the difference. Not all alcohols are created equal. For a complete list of Fatty Alcohols we use in our products please refer to our ingredient listings on RizosCurls.com or on the back of our bottles.

What is hair porosity? How do I know mine?
Hair porosity is very important to know no matter whether your hair is curly, kinky, wavy or straight. It means your hair's ability to absorb and retain moisture, and is important in order to know which products work best for you and how to apply them. People either have low, medium or high porosity hair. To learn what your hair porosity is take the water test in this video and it will explain it all.
