Rizos Curls is looking for a highly strategic & organized Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s marketing strategy, implement brand growth & manage the marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Plan, organize & execute marketing strategy across brand, digital & social media
    • Make strategy recommendations for growth, targeting & brand building
    • Create quarterly strategy focused on immediate brand goals & needs across channels & audiences
    • Develop seasonal marketing calendars that outline the brand’s strategies, campaigns, project implementation & coordination of activities
    • Drive creative strategies fueled by metrics
    • Must drive new customer & revenue growth
  • Leadership:
    • Effectively manage marketing team & spearhead work-flow process
    • Streamline processes, improve efficiency, delegate tasks & ensure team deadlines are met
    • Maintain collaborative & efficient communication between cross-functional teams & brand partners, including PR team & retail vendors
  • Brand Marketing:
    • Manage brand marketing, digital strategy & social media across brand touch points & channels
    • Transform brand vision into strategic marketing strategies to foster customer building & long-term brand affinity
    • Implement brand-building & customer-driven marketing initiatives & campaigns
    • Create innovative, impactful & on-brand customer-first marketing experiences
    • Manage all customer marketing touch points, including social, digital & community management
    • Manage influencer relations & brand ambassadors
    • Build brand partnerships, collaborations & value-added initiatives
    • Events – participate in preparation, execution & behind-the-scenes of both digital & in-person brand & customer events
  • Content:
    • Manage campaign execution & content needs – product launches, influencer campaigns, collaborations, educational content, email marketing, shoots & videos
    • Must proactively plan, produce & fuel highly creative content across brand needs that is brand-right & tailored to both channels & audience
    • Proactively drive engagement, fuel conversations, build excitement, amplify user-generated content, activate reach & provide brand-right communication
    • Ensure there are always exciting campaigns & initiatives to amplify digital marketing & social media strategies
    • Collaboratively work with team for creating content needs, videos, digital assets, graphics & other content in line with strategy recommendations
    • Oversee digital advertising campaign implementation across platforms & that is tailored to audience groups
    • Oversee creating digital campaign extensions such as marketing materials, brand assets & print materials
    • Content must be in English & Spanish
  • Analytics:
    • Provide highly analytical reporting, insights & review of brand marketing activities & provide strategic solutions for growth
    • Oversee & evaluate marketing performance metrics, digital marketing analytics, SEO & growth strategy
    • Maintain awareness of key audiences, customer markets & analytical trends
    • Analyze the industry, competition & market trends


Salary: TBD based on experience

Commitment: Full-time
